What is Blosxonomy?

Simply put: It's a Zen thing...

Blosxonomy is a very lightweight Blosxom like blogging system written in Ruby, and designed around four core ities: simplic-ity, taggabil-ity, extensibil-ity and compatibil-ity.

Download the latest version, and a sample flavour to get started! There's also a set of plugins too. Already a pyBlosxom user?

Blosxonomy Has Come Back
Posted 5 days ago

Wow... 72 days down. Thanks to all those who've been emailing wondering what happened. It's been nice to see such a strong show of interest in Blosxonomy! The site, as you can see, is finally back up. I'd been transitioning several things, both on servers and in life, and just today got back around to thinking of Blosxonomy again. The site's now hosted somewhere other than my living room, so uptime shouldn't be an issue any more.

I'm still working out the kinks though... blosxonomy.com had been hosted on an old version of Blosxonomy, and I've got some tweaking to do before it's running smoothly on the latest code base.

Downloads should be functioning though! Looking forwarded to getting rolling once again!

Blosxonomy Gets Noticed
Posted 5 days ago

I saw mention of Blosxonomy over at the Unofficial Blosxom User Group today and thought I'd post a quick link. It's good to get attention :).

Hope you all had a great Thanksgiving -- I'm going to keep working on getting that SVN repository up this week, and hopefully I'll have some plugins ready for the weekend (I'm working on an image gallery, and have some minor fixes to existing ones).
