I posted a simple sample flavour today to help get you started with Blosxonomy. The flavour is named "blosxonomy" so as to not interfere with any existing flavours you have in place already. It contains several template files and a CSS - simple copy the template files (i.e. *.blosxonomy) to your flavour directory, and the CSS to your document root. Then browse to:

$base_url?flav=blosxonomy

The flavour is pretty generic - relying heavily on div elements - so it's very customizable with just basic knowledge of CSS.
