What is Blosxonomy?

Simply put: It's a Zen thing...

Blosxonomy is a very lightweight Blosxom like blogging system written in Ruby, and designed around four core ities: simplic-ity, taggabil-ity, extensibil-ity and compatibil-ity.

Download the latest version, and a sample flavour to get started! There's also a set of plugins too. Already a pyBlosxom user?

Just wanted to post a quick update - I had mentioned in a reply to a comment that I would be setting up an SVN repository for the project, which I'm actively working on. It's going to require me to upgrade the server blosxonomy is hosted on to Apache 2. I've got nice writeup on how to set it all up, but now I'm working on a temporary location for this site and my personal blog while I upgrade the server software.

Thanksgiving caught up to me quickly though, and work has been very busy, so I haven't had much time during the week to get things done. After the holiday weekend though, I'll be able to start making progress again

Development has slowed quite a bit for Blosxonomy, and I don't have any major plans to change that right now. I have a solid list of things to do before a 1.0 release, but I want the core to stabalize before I start on that stuff - and to do that I need users who can help me test and submit bug reports, and to get them I need to stop making changes! So for now, 0.6.1 is stable and features can be added via plugins - so keep those bug reports (and/or patches) coming.
